This disclaimer exists so that you know exactly what a Zerovyn deliverable is, and what it is not. It is written plainly because the distinctions matter more than the wording.
Information on this site
The descriptions of services, methods and technologies are accurate to how Zerovyn works at the time of writing. They are not advice for your specific situation. A statement of work, where one exists, governs what you receive.
Software
Software contains defects. Every non-trivial system does. Zerovyn does not warrant that delivered software is error-free, that it will operate uninterrupted, or that it is immune to misuse. What Zerovyn does warrant is stated in the proposal: a defined review period during which reported defects are remedied at no further cost.
AI-generated output
Zerovyn builds with AI and, where you receive material it helped produce, a person reviewed it first. That review reduces but does not eliminate the risk of error, bias, confident-sounding inaccuracy, or a plausible statement that is simply wrong. AI output is a draft requiring validation, and validation is your responsibility unless the written agreement assigns it to Zerovyn. More on this in the AI disclosure.
Research and technical recommendations
Where Zerovyn provides research, a market read, a technical recommendation or an architectural opinion, that work is done in good faith from available evidence at the time. It is not a guarantee of outcome. Recommendations are conditional on facts Zerovyn was given, and new facts change them.
What Zerovyn does not promise
- AI accuracy, neutrality or reliability beyond what a review cycle establishes.
- Any business outcome: revenue, conversion, growth, cost saving or market position.
- Any search engine ranking, indexation or traffic level. SEO outcomes are never guaranteed.
- Uptime or availability figures, except where a specific service-level term is written into a proposal.
- Security against all attack. Reasonable measures are described on the security page; absolute security does not exist and is not claimed.
- Investment performance or return, including for any future product. Nothing on this site is an offer of any financial instrument.
Professional decisions
Zerovyn supplies engineering and analysis. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting or investment advice, and its output must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional in those fields. Decisions about your business, your compliance position and your risk are yours.
Third-party dependencies
Deliverables may depend on services, libraries and models Zerovyn does not control. Their behaviour, pricing, availability and their own terms are not Zerovyn's to warrant.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for validating deliverables in the environment they will run in, for decisions you take on the basis of Zerovyn's output, and for compliance obligations that belong to your business rather than to Zerovyn.
