Contact Zerovyn.
There is no contact form queue, no routing layer and no reply from an autoresponder. You email a person, and that person answers.
The problem, not the specification.
The fastest way to get a useful reply is to describe the thing that is slowing you down: the workflow, the data, the decision, or the product. You do not need a requirements document, a timeline or a budget range, and you do not need to know whether it should be AI.
A few sentences naming the constraint, who it affects and what you do today to work around it is enough. We will reply with whether it should be AI, software, automation or none of the three, and what we would build first.
One answer, within 48 hours.
Read. Every enquiry is read in full. Short messages get short answers; long ones get long answers. Nothing is filtered by template.
Reply. One response, from the person reading it, within 48 hours. If we do not have the answer, we say so and say when we will.
Propose. We propose the smallest thing worth building, and say plainly if the answer is not to build anything.
Decide. Your call. There is no sequence, no nurture track and no follow-up campaign if you decline.
Two addresses, one inbox.
sales@zerovyn.com is for projects and work. It is where you send a problem, a brief or a request for a scope.
contact@zerovyn.com is for anything else: a question about the site, a correction, or something that is not yet a project. Both are read by the same people.
No mailing lists, no automated sequences, no CRM follow-up. If you do not hear from us after 48 hours, reply to the message you sent and it will be picked up again.
Logged, relayed, read.
Every message is written to a local log before anything else happens, so a message is never lost to a transient failure in the mail relay. It is then relayed to the address we read, sales@zerovyn.com, which is the same inbox the site itself is built around.
If the relay is unavailable, the message is still in the log and we will pick it up from there. That is a deliberate design: we would rather have an imperfect reply than a lost one, because a lost enquiry is the only outcome that cannot be recovered.
Nothing you send is used to build a profile, a scoring model or a follow-up sequence. The log exists so we do not lose your message, not so that we can sell back to you later.
The work we do.
Zerovyn builds AI software, autonomous agents and automation systems, SaaS products and software across the full stack, premium web applications and interfaces, API integrations, and workflow automation. If your problem sits outside those, we will still tell you, which is a useful answer to have.
Written first, deliberately.
There is no ticketing system, no booking page and no queue. A written message arrives in the order you sent it and can be answered properly in one pass, which is why email is the primary channel for anything about your work.
The assistant in the corner of this page answers about our work, our process and our services. It will not ask for credentials, payment details or anything else, and it will not pretend to have authority it does not have. For a decision about a real project, send the message yourself.
If you prefer to start in writing, sales@zerovyn.com is for work and contact@zerovyn.com is for everything else. Both are read by the same people, and both answer within 48 hours.
More practice areas.
These services share the same stack and the same pipeline, and they usually show up in the same engagement.
Send the problem.
Five short answers. No requirements document, no timeline and no budget range needed to get a reply.
